Christine joined the Innovative Outsourcing team in 2025. Throughout Christine’s career, she has enjoyed connecting talented individuals with the right roles – handling everything from filling many positions at once to finding key executive leaders. She approaches this work thoughtfully, focusing on fair compensation, planning for future team needs, and ensuring best practices.

Working with companies such as FORTNA, Omni Hotels, and Victory Medical Center gave Christine experience creating practical hiring strategies and implementing HR systems that help companies grow by supporting their employees. Building positive relationships and ensuring a good experience for both candidates and organizations is always her goal.

Christine holds a B.S. in Organizational Leadership & Supervision from Purdue University and is a certified HR professional (SHRM-CP).

In her free time, Christine loves spending time with her husband and sons, getting out on the water to wake surf, enjoying a game of pickleball, and enthusiastically rooting for the Purdue Boilermakers.
